What is required to reserve a home?
Please verify availability under the "Booking" menu, you will get a booking confirmation after entering your personal and payment details. Reservation deposit: A 30% deposit is required to guarantee your direct reservation for Casa Ventura Apartment, the 70% remainder is due 30 days before check-in. For reservations made less than 30 days before check-in, the full amount will be charged.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Free cancellations are allowed if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. No refund is provided if you cancel 29 days or less before check-in.
How long is the minimum stay?
Our minimum stay is 5 nights and depends on the season, please reach out to our team if you have a special request.
What is required to sign a rental agreement?
Your full name, address, number of guests, and a form of identification. Please use our form under the "Book-now" page. Our staff team will reach out to make sure we collect all the required information
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept debit/credit cards, pay-pal, and bank transfer

Is the apartment accesible?
Yes, the apartment has accessible parking. Additionally it is equiped with accessible ramps, everything on ground level, with no stairs.
Does it provide with a crib?
Yes, we can provide with a crib and other amenities requered for families with kids and babies.
What are available outdoor activities?
We private complex has 4 large swimming pools, including one for babies, and one with water slides. a kids playground. A pool bar. Volley and Tennis courts. Indoor gym access at a discount price
Is the kitched fully equipped?
Yes, coffee maker, boiler, sandwich maker, air fryer, stove, washer, blender, fridge, kitchen cutlery and utensils.
WHat is your cancelation policy?
